Booking and delivery terms

Thank you for choosing Karolina Home. Please read the following terms before receiving your order:

1. A deposit is paid for each set to confirm the booking.
2. Inspect the product on delivery to make sure it matches the specifications.
3. In the unlikely event of damage, send us a photo of the damaged piece and we will send you a new one at our cost.

We are responsible for your order arriving in good condition and will replace any damaged pieces. We are always here to help.
